Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Pure Puka:

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Pure Puka can be returned. Pure products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with everything it came with.

How to make your return:

1. Email us (at help@purepuka.com) that you would like to return your product. Please provide your name and order information as well as your reason for return.
2. Once we have received your email and reviewed your claim, we will refund your purchase to the payment method you used for your purchase.
